This is one of the first Ambex coffee roasters ever made! Serial number 28!
We purchased this Ambex YM-15 to use as a production roaster for a toll roasting operation. We replaced all the belts and completely cleaned the roaster, including all fans and airflow. We also cleaned the burner jets and greased all bearings. We used the roaster for 2 months until the client started their own roasting facility. Now we have two other roasters and we don't need this one. Roasts 18 pounds of coffee and could work great for someone wanting roast in-house for a cafe or looking to start a small commercial operation.
